- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds for added crunch
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard-sized loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
